2 hour workshop with Amanda from My Essential Alchemy, in Toowoomba 

Saturday March 21st, 2pm-4pm

Venue: Canvas Coworking Inc, 625 Ruthven Street, Toowoomba City

A hands on workshop where you will learn how to reduce the toxins in your home and how to switch to chemical free, natural options (that are still cost effective and actually work!)

This class will cater to individual participants, making it suitable for the DIY enthusiast as well as someone who is only beginning their chemical free journey (or yet to start!).
Amanda, from My Essential Alchemy, will guide you in how to review your home products to discover the possible toxic load on your family. Find out how these toxins can affect you and how you can become a label detective when shopping. Discover ways to reduce the number of harmful chemicals in your home, and learn tips on how and where to begin!
Participants will:
* Review their home toxic burden (cleaning, baby, body and bath, skin care, medication, home, remedies etc)
* FREE ebook full of every natural cleaning recipe you will need
* Write out an individualised plan, with the help of Amanda, to set goals and understand how they can make their home a healthier environment for the themselves and their family.
* Have time to ask questions and gain guidance around individual specific needs.
Educating and empowering others to live a toxin free life is a passion of Amanda's. She has helped many women to turn their homes upside down, change their health and wellbeing, and that of their family for the better. For many people it is difficult to know where to start and what to do.
